At Eloria Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Eloria Beauty account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and the invoice is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
